The Fieldwire generatored Tasks reports that get sent out to my various teams look like SPAM or some sort of junk mail. It looks like the company Fieldwire is sending out the reports to my teams (technically are) and not me or my company. Especially how even the signatures in the email is Fieldwire and all contact info is back to Fieldwire.

This does not work. I find many people delete these emails thinking its a scam or some sort of junk mail.

Is there a higher level Plan I can pay for to have some control over these emailed Reports in regards to the email itself. Reports look fine. Its the email itself that needs to be customizable.

The people that I'm sending these reports to, aren't using Fieldwire and have no intention to for their needs to see these PDF reports.
